Same great taste and texture as larfer blocks. There are only two of us, so we tend to cook smaller batches. Since these are individually wrapped, the cheese doesn't get moldy before we can use it up. It costs a bit more than the larger blocks, but the additional cost is worth it since there is no waste due to mold.
