Refrigerate after opening.Fried Fish Directions:1. Pour 1 inch of vegetable oil into large skillet. Or fill deep fryer no more than 1/3 full with oil. Heat oil to 350°F on medium heat.2. Pour Fish-Fri onto plate. Use 1/2 cup Fish-Fri per 1 lb. fish. Roll fish in Fish-Fri until evenly coated.3. Fry fish until light golden brown.Note: For thinner coating, dip fish in 1/2 cup mixed with 1 lightly beaten egg, before rolling in Fish-Fri.Baking Directions:1. Brush 1 lb. fish fillets on both sides with oil. Pour Fish-Fri onto plate. Roll fish in Fish-Fri until evenly coated.2. Place fish on shallow baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Spray top of fish with cooking spray.3. Bake in preheated 450°F oven 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Perfectly Seasoned with a Crispy Crust
I just tried this and I have to say, it exceeded all my expectations. The preparation couldn't have been easier. I simply put the seasoning mix into a bag, added the fish fillets, and gave it a good shake to ensure every piece was completely coated. From there, I dropped the seasoned fish in n about 2-3 inches of hot oil to start the frying process They results were nothing short of amazing. The mix created a nice, even and delicious crust on every filet. I was even more impressed by how evenly cooked my fish were. The breading didn't burn, and the inside was flaky and done. This season truly captures the classic New Orleans flavor with the subtle hint of lemon. It came out reliable, crispy, and perfectly seasoned

Zatarain's
I received this Zatarain's seasoning for fish and it is very delicious. The flavor it provides with a light touch of lemon is very functional. You can season different types of fish, even vegetables, to give them a light crunchy touch. If you want to make a thicker layer, you can add milk and eggs and you can prepare it either as fruit or baked. I received the 24 oz box for many preparations and it is super affordable.

Zatarai's did another great product with this one! I'm used to use their jambalaya mix and I love it! This Fish Fri has a great taste and I loved that they added a real lemon flavor to it. It's easy to use and makes the fish with a nice golden crust on it. It's great for all the fish lovers!
