I like this product but need new shoe laces

I use the steel toed boots for work I wore the boots one time for a walk with my dogs went to wear them the next day and noticed shoe lace was broken 5" from end local Skechers store doesn't have shoe laces Sent in email , no reponse I think Skechers should send me a replacement pair of new shoe laces Otherwise, I like these boots and would buy them again.
