I use Six Star Protein Powder to increase my protein intake since I don't eat much meat. I love to add frozen fruit such as blueberries or strawberries with Almond Milk. After blending it makes a nice smoothie!! They recently changed the added vitamins cutting out Vit D, which I like better since you can get too much Vit D. I would recommend this to anyone who needs to increase their protein intake.
