Assess your tolerance by mixing 1 serving (1 scoop) with 6 oz. of cold water and drinking it about 30 minutes before your workout. Then increase the dosage to 2 servings mixed with 12 oz. of cold water before your workout. Do not exceed 2 servings (2 scoops) in a 24-hour period. Energy boosting
I love love this product! It tastes great and gives me a lot of energy. It is very effective at giving a boost of energy before a workout or just early in the day instead of a coffee haha. I've bought this one a few times now and have no plans to try a new one.
