These are AMAZING!!! I'm not the biggest fan of protein shakes but these taste exactly like a bowl of froot loops that you left in milk. It goes down smooth. Tastes even better extra cold. I like to shake it in between drinks to keep it frothy like a milkshake. So gooooooooood! I heard yhey have frosted flakes flavor. Hope Sam's Club gets those in too.

Tastes like the milk left in the bowl after you eat the cereal. Very good. Does have that protein shake after taste, but not as bad as other drinks. Did not affect my blood sugars at all. The only down side was that it didnt reall help me feel satiated.
