This is great for extra energy and to build muscle

My son recommended I try creatine powder and I saw this brand was reasonably priced so I tried it. I started a new job that is very physically demanding and this product has been a life saver. It really does give you extra energy and it is great for toning muscles. I can definitely tell the difference when I take it. What I've been doing is mixing a scoop into my protein smoothy every morning. I'm so glad I tried it! Will always keep some on hand now.

Best value for quality creatine. I have researched the brand and its quality tested. Creatine isn't for muscle anymore it's for brain and nerve health. Don't want creatine with a bunch of crap added for weight lifters and this is just pure creatine .
