A warning
I'm giving this a 5 star to help warn people that this product has milk that's not listed. I'm allergic to dairy and had a reaction from this product. This is seriously dangerous health wise. I did buy it at a store so I didn't see that it doesn't say dairy-free on this website.
Good quality product.
Pleasantly surprised to see that this mayo tastes almost exactly like the dressing I used to make for my potato salad, only without all the salty spices. The lime, mustard, pepper combo is good on a lot more than potatoes. It is slightly zesty but not overwhelming like vinegar brands, more flavorful than regular mayo, the sodium level is lower, and I like the slight mustard and pepper kick--and I'm not a regular mustard fan. You don't have to use as much mayo in each helping (a lot less) because it isn't as thick as jellied . . . anything . . . and it has flavor. It makes tuna salad sandwiches very good and I attribute my loss of 43 pounds last year to switching to tuna salad sandwiches as a mainstay daily, so I see this as all good. 6 people found this helpful
Next Best Thing to Homemade
I generally try to make my own mayo at home but usually keep a jar of this on hand for when I'm in a pinch. I do wish they had an organic one made with avocado oil. Regardless, great taste and texture and much better ingredients than leading brands.
