You have to set your cooking time according to microwave wattage First time I put it on minute and a half had quite a few kernels left. This is with 1000 W microwave next time. I changed it to a minute and 50 seconds , turned out perfect only about a dozen kernels didn't pop. If I put it in more time, it burns

Quick and fairly easy, Healthy Too.

This is a very quick and easy meal and depending on the additional ingredients, affordable too. The cost will increase if you use shrimp or beef off course but it is fine with boneless chicken breast or thighs (my favorite) and even pork. Same goes for vegitables. Fresh is better but a little more costly. The ingredients are quite simple too, no long spooky scientific names.
