Can't have my morning coffee without it!

Love, love, love the Kona mug. It has a streamlined shape and the enamel has a matte finish that feels nice to the hand and minimizes slipperiness. The lid flips open with a button, revealing a cup edge, so it's like you're drinking out of regular a cup, but one that keeps your coffee hot all day, without any wires or batteries. S/M service is the superb. They respond rapidly and kindly, and stand behind their products 100%. When mylost its ability to lock closed, they sent a replacement at no charge within a couple of days. Great product. Great company. I'm a customer for life!

Kona lid needs improvement

I bought a 16oz Kona tumbler. It looks nice, and keeps my coffee hot for hours, but the flip lid could use some improvement. Whenever I take a drink the latch on the lid hits my chin, and the lid hits my nose as I drink as well. The flip lid does completely seal the tumbler when latched, and can't be misthreaded on the tumbler body., like my Contigo, so all in all I guess it's a win. You just have to get used to the lid being in the way when you drink.

Awesome Mug

I love this cup. I was hesitant because the very old Contigo I had was my favorite. Nope, new favorite here! I recommend this travel mug to everyone. The locking lid is awesome too. I wasn't too sure about the cap part based on other reviews I had read but I don't find it bothers me. Great cup! Thank you!
