Instructions
What you'll need: 1/2 oil or butter, 3 tbsp water, 2 eggs. Brownies: Makes 16 brownies. Use an 8 inches x 8 inches square pan or 9 inches x 9 inches square pan. Heat oven to 400 degrees F for a light-colored pan, 375 degrees F for a dark-colored or glass pan. Grease pan; set aside. Mix 1/2 cup melted oil or butter and water together in large bowl. whisk in the eggs. Add baking mix and stir until well combined. Bake 23-27 minutes for 8 inches x 8 inches pan or 18-22 minutes for 9 inches x 9 inches pan. Let cool before cutting. Save for another day. Our mixes don't contain any preservatives, so once made, store your treats in the fridge or freezer. Mix it up! Try one of these inspired additions: Drizzle melted dark chocolate and Himalayan salt on top after baking. Swirl in nut or seed butter before baking. Add a few dollops of your favorite fruit preserve before baking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Almond flour is a great alternative to wheat flour because the carbs are lower and it has more nutrients. I made my brownies with real butter. I am not sure they were healthy, but boy are they delicious. The chocolate chips are an excellent addition that makes the brownie tase so rich. I decided to portion the brownies into cupcake cups for easy storage and to-go snacks.
