I've been using for maybe two weeks and I already see my back acne getting smaller. I need to use it consistently though to really get rid of it . Make sure you moisturize with some lotion or body oil or both after ! It's not extremely drying or anything but to make sure you're on the safe side and avoid dry skin always moisturize especially with using salicylic acid because it's an exfoliant !
