TERRIBLE CONDITION but told it don't look used

They describe it as slightly used but u can't tell, but when I got it the back page was folded and bent. There's mark all over the front and back as it has been used super heavily. So I couldn't even gift it to my daughter bc it was in really bad shape. Sad. I wish they would be honest about the condition of there product.
