I am gluten and dairy free due to allergies and I found these tortillas at Fairway. When I went back they didn't have them and so I ordered them online and froze several packages. I add vegan pesto, veggies and vegan cheese and cook them in the oven for 7 minutes and I have pizza! Game changer! And my family loves them. Very tasty tortilla.

I have hypothyroidism. As I am not able to tolerate wheat products, I had been looking for alternative foods. I love crepes & thought I would try your chickpea flour tortillas. I popped a chickpea tortilla into the microwave about 15 seconds to make it warm/pliable, spread it with Ricotta cheese, put diced mangoes on top then rolled it into a crepe. Fantastic - I cannot tell the difference in taste between wheat flour crepes & your chickpea flour tortillas! I did not have any issues with digestion or bloating.
