When I ordered this game I payed full retail price for it and the ordered said it was new and not pre-owned but when I got it there were a significant amount of bumps scratches and even some tape that I have since pealled off. Take a look for yourself.

Game arrived quickly, but it's not New....

The game arrived quickly, and it does have the case and instruction booklet. Despite it being wrapped in plastic as new games are, the instruction booklet has slight damage to it, and there is already a save game profile loaded on the game. It's obvious that "Mike" has played this 'new' game before my son did. The game is functioning as it should, my son was just a little bummed out that his birthday present was pre-owned.
