I did a ton of research before purchasing this table and think that it's a great value for the price. Really like the look of it. Recommend that everything be carefully unpacked, directions read through before starting, and you have a blanket to set everything down so that the pieces won't get scratched during assembly. It took 2 of us who aren't very handy about 45 minutes to assemble. The customer service is outstanding and any questions or concerns you may have are promptly addressed. I hate putting things together. I long for the day when you purchased complete items. Alas. But that said, it wasnt bad to assemble. I hauled it out under my tree for shade and with the assistance of my 72 year old mother, we assembled. The finished product is lovely. Note- At first, the flame didnt stay lit. After a couple of minutes, maybe as the gas built up? IDK, but after a few minutes it stayed lit and was a decent flame. It put out some decent heat.
