I've been using Dr Teal's Kids Sleep Body Balm for bedtime, and it's really nice. The scent is soft and calming, not overpowering. It's easy to apply and doesn't leave any greasy feeling. I really love Dr. Teal's products! I didn't feel anything the first time that I used this product but then realized that I had used it too sparingly. I put it on my heals and I get that fabulous moisture AND it enhances my sleep (yes, it still works even though I put it on my feet!)
