WALMART BUYER BEWARE!!!
The five star review are for the tools. If I could give zero stars to Walmart, I would. If this was purchased as a gift, I would’ve been humiliated. It appears that Walmart excepted a return from someone with the initials CD because CD was in engraved on every single tool. Walmart chose to except CD’s return, but they never should have tried to resell it. I sure would like to hear CD’s rating. All the tools appear to be durable and well made but being that I had to return the tools I cannot attest to the quality and/or power of the tools themselves. I did reorder them and will give an update to the tools at a later date. Now just know, WALMART SUCKS!!!

Excited about the product and the idea that it came with 2 battery packs. However only one works. The other one constantly blinks red which means error or testing so it never charges. Would send it back but we actually needed it asap but for the amount of money they should make sure they both work

Bad batteries and terrible customer service
1st battery dead on arrival, and 2nd battery died after one use. I called Hart customer service and gave all the serial numbers, but I’m still waiting 4 weeks later. Ultimately, terrible company in general, and highly suggest you look elsewhere when trying to buy a product that isn’t a lemon.
