I used to use Secret Clinical Strength but it was causing a rash to break out in my underarms. I switched to this because it was water based and I hoped that it would resolve the problem. After using Dove Ultimate, the irritation cleared up AND it doesn't leave white marks on clothes and I feel that it just works better. Definitely recommend.
