I think it's a perfect drink to have during the summer to help replenish the electrolytes as well as if you are sick. It definitely is a better alternative to soda and sugary fruit drinks.

Grape Pedialyte
I received a box of Grape flavored Pedialyte from Spark Reviewer in exchange for my honest opinion. I've always thought Pedialyte was for sickness. Boy, was I wrong. Pedialyte is good for hydration period. This is not only for children. Adults can use this too. Now that I know that it's a good hydration for working out, I will be replacing my Sports Drinks with Pedialyte. It has a great taste and it mixes very well. You take one package and mix in 16 oz of water. Definitely we be keeping this on hand.

Fantastic for children, and adults with a hangover
This is the best stuff since sliced bread! It not only takes care of your children when they need to be rehydrated after being sick, it also is important to use after a night of drinking, it rehydrates adults too! I have heard that from many a friend.
