idk if they build muscle or not
i cant vouch for testosterone or muscle building but man i sleep good and have a bunch of good dreams but i stopped taking this because it was taking away my feelings and i found out its the ashawanda. i still plan to use it and do recommend it tho because you wake up feeling rested and energized. if you dont you might have other things going on but this definitely worked for me and for the price i think its worth the buy.
