Product was shipped direct from the manufacturer so, it took a bit longer to receive it than I expected or would have liked (took just over 2 weeks to get it). Other than that, the entire purchasing experience was great. I find Zoro's website a bit difficult to navigate, but Zoro offers a wide variety of quality products and their service was great. Also, I ordered six items and they all arrived well-packaged, undamaged and just as described/pictured on their website. The shipping (other than the level set) was quick and FREE! I purchased the items to take advantage of a great sales promotion and received a nice discount, making all the tools I purchased a great value. I have been upgrading my tool 'arsenal' over the past few years and have wanted some Stabila levels for quite awhile. This set was such a good price that I decided not to wait any longer to add them to my collection. They arrived undamaged and well packaged. To be honest, I expected them not to meet my expectations since, based upon the great reviews they always receive, I felt the brand may have been overrated. Not so however; they are solid, well made and accurate and feel great in the hand (just as you want all tools to feel). I was impressed immediately with their weight and the obvious quality of the manufacturing--they seem built to last and function well.
