This is a great steamer! Heats up quickly and supplies plenty of steam to get floors clean and leaves no streaks or spots. The steam is achieved by pumping the handle while cleaning instead of a continuous stream so it doesn't deplete the water tank so fast. I can clean my two bathrooms and kitchen and still have water left in the tank. It says you can use tap water but i use distilled water because my tap water has a lot minerals in it. The cloths attach to the bottom of the mop with Velcro and really have sticking power. Just make sure to wash the mops by themselves so that the Velcro doesnt pick up lint from other fabrics and reduce the effect of the Velcro. I purchased an extra 4 pack of mops since it only comes with one. The cord is a bit short so you might want to use an extension cord if you have a lot of space to clean. The best feature on this mop is that it has a locking stand position like a vacuum. You dont have to lean it against something or worry about it falling over! Im very happy with this mop and find no reason to spend a lot of money on other ones when this gets the job done very well!

Oh my goodness -- do I love this Shark Steam Mop! The steam makes it really easy to sort of "sterilize" my floors. Tbh, I've not been a steady mopper. I think that's because my floor barely looked cleaner after I was done vigorously mopping it. The Shark Steam Mop lets me just stand there and wait for the steam to do it's job. I'm done cleaning the floor before I know it. It's quite fun and my floor looks spotless. I plan to use this steam mop at least once a week. I have a couple of the Shark "tiny" vacuum cleaners and I love/use them, too. This mop is worth at least twice what I paid for it.
