I bought this a month ago and just love it. I bought this for my upstairs with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and it navigates through each room perfectly. The mapping feature worked great, it went room to room without a problem, and then back to its dock. The only issue I did have was that it tried to go down the stairs. It didn't fall, but went just far enough that it got stuck (and then it talks to you and says it has a problem-funny). Now I just put a garbage can on the lower step, and that took care of it. I have always loved Shark products for cleaning and this did not disappoint. I can see the tracks it leaves as it goes through each room. Dust bin is easy to empty. You do have to move some things out of the way if you want (garbage cans, clothes hampers, shoes), but that's a small price, and I don't have to vacuum myself. Win-Win.

It Does Do The Job!

I purchased one for my disabled DIL so she could get a better handle on cleaning needs. Never ever thought I would use one. I made the purchase at a very sad time in my life. I guess mostly because at the least I felt my house would be cleaned. I truly love it and wished I had one a long time ago. I have dogs, so there is a variety of situations depending on the season. Sometimes it takes another cleaning, or just a deep cleaning, The majority of my cleaning is laminate flooring, with a few area rugs. Works for me!
