Love my Shark steam mop. Floors have never been so clean. I do buy off brand pads as replacements and the work great. Shark pads are too expensive. This is the 3rd one I’ve owned.

THe item itself is superb. Works great, especially if something has stuck and dried onto the floor. But Walmart sucks at packaging. This was delivered in the original Steam mop package. By the time it arrived it was in pretty bad shape. I gasped thinking it may have damaged something inside the box. Nothing was damaged inside. It is possible that the box was already compromised when loaded, cannot be sure of that. But the Shark steamp mop RoCkS!
