Sunex 5 Pc Professional Pliers Set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon receiving this plier set, the first thing that struck me was their professional, superb quality appearance and feel. These tools are honestly a joy to hold in your hand, and the comfort grips feel very durable with great grip texturing where it counts. They are quite large, which is definitely an advantage for leverage and comfort (especially in my large hands), but depending on what you're using them for could be considered a disadvantage in certain cases (I am an automotive technician). The larger needle nose pliers are a great size to supplement some of my other, smaller needle nose pliers. The only thing that I dislike about them is the addition of cutters, as my fingers always tend to end up in there at some point. Of course, this is a preference thing, and depending on your profession or use you may find this very useful. The lineman's pliers are extremely sturdy with very aggressive knurling on the jaws - more so, in fact, than any I have used. This is a huge plus, and they even have knurling below the crimper portion towards the handle. The crimpers will be nice to have for larger gauge wires that my small ones aren't the best for. I will probably use the cable cutters often for replacing battery terminals and the like. The soft handles on the side cutters make it easier to get more leverage on them than others of the same size, without the extra space required for high leverage (long handle) cutters. Even the tool roll is nice for transportation. I hate struggling with velcro on tool rolls, so I heavily favor the elastic band method on this set. Without hesitation, I would recommend this set to anyone from a novice to a professional! I am proud to own this set, and I will probably get some of Sunex's longer pliers/cutters in the future based on my experience with these.

Very nice pliers and comfortable to use. I look forward to trying the diagonal cutters, cable cutters and crimper out in the near future!
