You'll notice that the K&H Heated Bed may not feel warm to the touch when your pet is not on the pad. THIS IS NORMAL! Our products are designed to only warm when your pet is lying in the bed. You can test the pad by placing a large pillow on top of the bed. After about 20 minutes, feel under the pillow. It will feel warm, not hot. If you feel warmth, the product is working as designed. For use with 110/120 volt electrical current only.
Fabric Care Instructions
Remove the heater from the cushion. Machine wash cushion only, separately. Mild detergents, no bleach. Cold water, gentle cycle. Air or line dry. Dry completely before reassembly. Spot clean exterior only.

What I love best is the quality of the stitching and the durable zipper. It's so easy to zip open and closed. Cats love being able to crawl inside to the warmth of the heated pad. They also enjoy having sunlight warm them from the above clear dome.

"Space-pod" is the new favorite!
All of the cats tried this out, including the 15 lb heavyweight, who could not completely fit inside it. All the better for our smallest and oldest cat (14 years, 7 lbs) who has plenty of room to fit, keep warm, and observe all the other cats - she owns the new space pod cat bed now!
