Medium Sized w/ Huge Impact for Not a Lot of $$$

Needed a neutral colored couch that would fit in our living room and this was perfect. It is not visually overwhelming in our living space. We are retired with no children, grandchildren or house pets. This couch is exactly as pictured and is perfect for how we use it. We both have our own chairs and sit on the couch occasionally. I don't think it would hold up to rambunctious children or pets or be comfortable for anyone over 6' tall. Assembly would probably take two people less time. I am a female over 60 and it took me about 40 minutes (it was not difficult - just that another pair of hands would have helped hold at times but I couldn't wait). I appreciate that the couch came disassembled into 5 pieces and the cushions were vacuum packed to save space - that way I could get it into the house by myself when it was delivered. Overall an amazing piece for the price.

Decent quality

I moved into a new apartment and my previous sofa didn't fit in the elevator or stairwell. I need a smaller sofa and fast. I came across the Serta sofa and it had several decent reviews. When I received the sofa I needed to assemble it. It was fairly easy but is much easier with two people. The fabric is nice but I don't like that you can see where the velcro attaches on the back of the sofa. It wouldn't normally bother me but my sofa is in the middle of a tiny apartment. The only other complaint I have is with the springs. They are incredibly loud when you sit down and at times in concerned my husband will break the sofa. He is 6'1 and 170 pounds.

Happy with the couch.

The product is nice. Fabric sturdy and well made. The size 73 inches seems small for what I actually wanted/expected. But over all - I love the couch. I have taken a few naps on it already and it is very comfortable. The only thing I would change is that it could have ""flip-able"" cushions - meaning I wish they were same fabric on all sides. Other than that I recommend this product. It was simple to put together - delivery was smooth.
