Product Replacement

Replaced FHC1100 with same InSinkErator unit. The previous unit was installed without a pre-filter since installer claimed we didn't need one because we had an RO system. The previous unit failed due to clogging thus we did need a pre-filter according to the current installer.

Product works but too expensive since microwave can do same

we bought one ~ 2005, had to have reservoir replaced ~2010 and then the on/off lever stuck and water kept flowing. tried to replace with a single part and came to find out YOU do not have parts for this and had to buy a whole new one. Very Poor form. will not replace again and will not recommend.
