Well designed
This is my second Insinkerator hot/cold dispenser that I have installed along with the matching filter. I've had the first one for over 10 years and it has worked flawlessly the whole time. This system is easy to install, delivers good water flow, and filter changing is a snap. I much prefer this system with the Insinkerator filter over the reverse osmosis systems with their multiple filters and giant pressure tank, and the fact that they aren't able to deliver hot filtered water, unless you pair one of those with the Insinkerator hot/cold system.

This works great
Our previous instant hot(another product entirely) had more plastic parts which dissolved over a short period of time. You could get parts but you were changing them every year. Our new in-sink-erator Instant Hot WORKS GREAT
