Worked great, until it didn't

My instant hot water dispenser was installed when we remodeled our kitchen. We had one previously, so we knew we wanted it again. This one lasted 10 years, and now no longer heats. No leaks like the previous one that failed. I guess 10 years is pretty good. Ordering another, hope it last another 10 years.

Great for my bar area

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this for work! I put this in the kitchen at work and I love it for quick oatmeal, instant soups, hot chocolate, tea...anything really. I don't really like to microwave things that much and this is so much faster anyway. It's perfect for the break room. We all use it now!
