Nice pre-workout drink

This stuff tastes good and gives me the amount of energy I need when I am working for atleast an hour. It is abit pricey though but I would recommend it for ladies. I have tried other pre-workout drinks they scare me cause of the feeling that I get in my heart.

Excellent!

This one is pretty strong. My husband has AF and he said this is not for everyone. I wanted to take it and he said no. Lots of caffeine in it. I guess if your body can take it it'll be great for workout. But if you have heart or other health issues, better to use it with caution.
