Subtle yet tasty

Nice tasting ingredient which doesn't add an overpowering flavour to other dishes. Yondu gives a umami boost and subtly improves a dish without a very distinct flavour, which makes it perfect to use in salads, with vegetables, in soups - basically any savoury dish. Be careful not to add too much as it does increase salt content.
