Packaging discrepancy
Low ratings do not reflect upon the product itself. I was unable to use the tire chains. The size I recieved was not the size I ordered. The packing list with the shipment has an ITEM NUMBER and DESCRIPTION The description IS what I ordered, however, the manufacturer's packaging has the same ITEM NUMBER, but the DESCRIPTION is different and represents tire chains for a different size tire. I almost put the unopened box in my trunk in preparation for a trip into snowy conditions. The packaging discrepancy could have ruined the trip or created a very unsafe driving situation. It's very possible that I or someone else could have put the chains on the tires without realizing they were the wrong size. This packaging discrepancy may seem like an innocuous mistake, but could have caused a very serious problem, not like getting a wrong size sweater. Tried to upload the receipts, but system wouldn't let me upload the photos.
