This is the best garden hose I've ever had! I bought this 50-foot hose as a replacement for an ill-fitting, leaky hose that is past its usefulness. I enjoyed reading the reviews for this Scotts hose and ordered one based on the reputable brand name plus the reviewers'' comments. The hose arrived the following day! I was so impressed that I immediately ordered a second one. My chief concern: Would that connecting point be tight or leaky? Tight and secure. I now have an easy-to-manipulate 100-foot length of Scotts' hose that allows me to reach all of my flowerbeds and vegetable patches. Woo-hoo ! The photos show the connecting points: At the spigot (with a splitter); at the join of the two lengths; at the end where I can easily attach either my nozzle or my sprinkler. This hose, according to the specifications, coils for easy storage. I, however, simply keep it in a back -and-forth line alongside my house. This is perfect: away from the mowers but very handy. The hose moves easily, quite a nice improvement over my previous heavy model. I highly recommend this hose! I expect to keep this pair for years to come. My strongest recommendation: Detach your nozzle or sprinkle after every use. This will prevent “freezing” onto the hose end.
