The labeling of the sheets should be more straightforward in the instructions. The instructions appear purposefully cryptic. Both sheets are transparent— given that, it is not clear which sheet is the transparent sheet and which is the protector sheet. It should be labeled something less ambiguous, like “adhesive sheet” and “non-adhesive sheet”. This led to unnecessary frustration for quite a simple product.

Don't waste your money, get the heat seal ones.

I normally use the heat-seal laminates but I was in a hurry late one night and picked up these "self-seal" ones because the store was out of the ones I wanted. Now after I've ruined a picture (it's curled and color's come off) and three of the "self-seal" sheets I'm getting ready to head out to another store at 3 am to try and find the heat-seal kind. I'm not an idiot - I read the instructions and even watched a couple youtube how-to videos and I can't make these work. They're also very thin and flimsy - really not much better than standard sheet protectors.
