I ordered both a medium and large because I have never purchased a Scoop top and was unsure of the sizing. I am usually 8 to 10 size. The medium was more fitting on me but I know it would be a little snug with a med to heavy top underneath. If you plan on wearing a thin top underneath then I would get your true size, but if you want more versatility, I suggest sizing up. This jacket is well made and detailed beautifully. I cannot believe the price. It's a winner for me. I got it in black. Even hubby was impressed when I modeled it for him and even more so, when I told him the price.

Wow! I'm so happy I took a chance and purchased this jacket. For faux leather, the quality is fantastic. It's got very wonderful details like a gunmetal zipper, epaulets, and sort of gussets on the back. I only wish that the XL was in stock but it still fits, I'd just like it to be a little oversized. I think I might order the black because it's less than the cost of a fastfood meal right now. Get this, you won't be disappointed.
