GE® 1.4 Cubic Foot Capacity Countertop Microwave Oven, White, JES1460DSWW

FEBRUARY 2017. I AM COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE SIZE, HIGH QUALITY, USER FRIENDLY PROGRAMMING AND UPDATED STYLE OF MY GE BLACK IN COLOR MICROWAVE OVEN. IN 2004, I PURCHASED A WHITE IN COLOR GE MICROWAVE. I NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS OR ISSUES UNTIL I INADVERTENTLY BROKE THE PRESS BUTTON DOOR RELEASE HANDLE AND I CRACKED THE TURN STYLE ROTATING GLASS TRAY INSIDE. IF I WERE MORE CAREFUL AND NOT SO ROUGH MISUSING IT - MY WALMART GE MICROWAVE WOULD STILL BE WORKING. GE IS A HOUSEHOLD NAME AND A WELL PROVEN ESTABLISHED QUALITY BRAND THAT I TRUST. I WILL ALWAYS BUY GE MICROWAVES FROM WALMART! VERY AFFORDABLE $$$!! I THOROUGHLY RESEARCHED SEVERAL ONLINE RETAIL WEBSITES FOR PRICE POINT AND QUALITY REVIEWS. ONCE AGAIN WALMART's GE MICROWAVE WON MY HEART!! THANK YOU WALMART STORES AND GE COMPANY!!! GE PRODUCTS ARE VERY RELIABLE AND DEPENDABLE- LONG LASTING WITH WARRANTY AND GUARATEED QUALITY SERVICES AND PRODUCTS.

We purchased this microwave to replace our former GE microwave of the same size that broke down on us after 15 years or so. I was pleased with the former microwave and this was the closest thing to it that I could find. I also wanted something very affordable. This microwave isn't as attractive as its predecessor but it works well and is user friendly. I do think the fan underneath is a bit much. It's not an issue truly but it is a tad annoying to place some paper napkins down near the unit only to have them blown off the counter. That didn't happen with my past GE. That is not something that affects how I would rate this unit, however. It gets 4 stars only because it is not as attractive as my former GE and not as attractive as some other microwaves I have seen. Nevertheless we needed white to coordinate with our other appliances, we wanted a low price, and we wanted at least 1.4 cu feet, and this fit our needs perfectly.
