HART 4-in-1 Pocket Tool Utility Knife 2-Pack

This is a two pack of these handy little utility knives, perfect to hang on a key chain as they are essentially a utility knife blade set in a very well made body. Each knife is really well made by Hart from thick metal, so you will never have to worry about this knife failing as far as the body goes. The included blade is extremely sharp as you would expect and once you get the blade into the thing, extending and retracting is fairly easy. Very small so it will fit in a pocket, a purse or since about the size of a very thick credit card, in your wallet. It also has some touted features that I cannot imagine anyone would use, as to do some would be very awkward. The heavy metal body has a hook type protrusion opposite the blade touted as a bottle opener. There is a hexagonal hole in the handle that you supposedly can use to turn a nut and there is a mini ruler marked on the side. Again, things you would never use except in some weird movie scene. Cons: This does a great job opening boxes. If you are an Amazon junkie, or Walmart junkie, it opens the box with ease. On the down side, it is very hard/awkward to open the knife with one hand as it is very small and it is not comfortable to hold in your hand for any length of time. Biggest drawback is how to get the blade into the things. In terms of a blade change or ease of use, I would give it 2 stars. In order to get the blade in, you have to really fiddle with it, by pressing a blue button on the side and ensuring that you are not pressing on the wrong side of the body as you attempt to get the blade to fit into the proper notches without cutting yourself. Once the blade IS in, you have a selection of 3 blade length settings as with any utility knife. Verdict: For $3 apiece, they are very well built, light, small and sharp. Uncomfortable to hold, wonky blade changing. Def. recommend!
