First, I bought Melatonin then Unison. I took 2 50 mg every night. The liquid I take 1 medicine cup full each night. I have no problem falling asleep. I am exhausted at night. My problem is I wake up every 2 hours like clockwork. Since using this product %26 only 1 medicine cup to the line indicated. I sleep like a baby for 4 hours straight. Sometimes 5 hole hours! Highly recommend Vicks Zzquil Cherry Flavor Sleep Aid Liquid.
