My hair is natural (no dye or chemical treatments), but it's very fine, so the ends tend to break easily. This shampoo was recommended to me, and I've been using it for about a month now. So far, everything has been great. I truly feel like I'm going to see good results if I keep using it consistently. I'm planning to buy the conditioner as well cuz I really believe that using the full line will help me take much better care of my hair. Give it a try!!
