Safe and Secure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently bought a new property with less than Schlage quality lock sets. As is my practice, I have replaced all of them with Schlage. I have utilized Schlage products professionally and personally for over 50 years. I have been generally pleased with the product even through its occasional permutations.

5 rating overall. One area to improve.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All experiences are excellent. However, the slickness of the latch assembly seems to need improvement. Sometimes even after careful adjustment the latch seems to release late after opening door. Like hanging up slightly until full standard position. Noticeable when opening door but not regularly.

Looks great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replacing a keyed entry lever that was installed 38 years ago. The installation took less than five minutes. It's so nice to have a door handle work so smoothly and correctly. ( The old one was so worn that children could not get it to unlatch.). I'm looking forward to decades of service from this door handle. It's encouraging to see a 100 year guarantee.
