Great Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first I was nervous to install the product on my own since I had never done this. However, the instructions were pretty clear & it fit perfectly. I love the handle itself and it's really easy to open the door. I definitely recommend this product.

Looks great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look of this and have had it for over 10 years and had a minor problem and shot them an email and didn't think it would still be covered and they were super helpful and sent an entire replacement lock set when a small part replacement was all I thought I would receive. Super service and great quality even though I did have a minor issue years later. I won't buy any other brand and have been using them for years.

Nice finish, easy install, one small process prob

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product seems solid and was easy to install. The only problem I had was that I could not match the model number on the box to the instructions to verify that all parts were included. I had to take a leap of faith and start installing. There were no issues. Specifically the instructions call the model variants F60, F60F, F62 or F93. The model imprinted on the box below the bar code is FE285 CAM 716 ACC CAM nothing in common there. Beautiful looking product on my door.
