Best grocery store gluten free bread I've found so far. This is good without toasting or heating. Stays pretty fresh with making sure there is little to no air in the bag. I keep it in the fridge if it's been open a while or it is really hot. Even then I can set the slices on the counter for a couple of minutes while I'm making lunch and it is good.

Only Good Gluten-Free Bread on the Market

I have Celiac disorder so I can't eat anything with gluten. Flour being a food I had to cut out. Most gluten-free foods that I have tried are terrible. I tried several different brands of gluten free breads but the only one that is good is Schar Gluten Free Artisan Baker Multigrain Sourdough. I always have eaten 100% wheat or a mixture of whole wheat and seeds. I will never waste my money on any other brand of gluten free bread. I will stay with the Schar brand. It makes great toast!
