Tasty and satisfying!

I'm on a low protein diet and this bread is a lifesaver! It is really satisfying and tastes great. It toasts up well and is yummy with avocado! I really enjoy being able to make a sandwich with this bread...I use cooked carrots, sweet potato, turnips, etc. with lettuce and onions and mustard instead of meat and have a nice, big sandwich!

Best sandwich bread in the world!

Yesterday I broke bread with a friend who is not gluten free and he had no idea that the bread he's been eating al night was GF! My family has Celiac's Disease and I don't but tot the sake of the convenience, I halfheartedly started to eat this bread too. It turns out I live it so much, I can't even have wheat bread anymore.

Best Gluten-Free Bread I've Ever Bought !!

I have been buying loaves of Schar's bread for years n' years, at this point!! I did try a couple different brands, but for taste, texture, quality, even the shelf life (altho it *is* still shorter than gluten-bread's!), so far Schar's is genuinely just the best there is, to me!! I've used it for grilled cheese (pictured: zoom for texture! Pic also ft. Progresso's tomato-basil soup) with *excellent* results, as well as for homemade paninis!! It's even good without toasting or buttering, like for various sandwiches (chicken breast chunks, ham slices, tunafish), or with chocolate-hazelnut spread and banana slices!   [[ Those are especially impressive, 'cause I have always kinda hated the texture of bread, ahahaha; but, with Schar's, I now really enjoy these! ]] In fact, I can even use it for french toast, too!! ♥︎ I wanna try more, like garlic toast, or homemade croutons, but have not gotten around to them yet, oops! Also, Schar's does NOT get soggy easily!!   %26%26 altho that means I gotta use a smidge more condiments/sauce than I might otherwise, that is still a *HUGE* Plus to me! Simply *too many* GF breads will just fall apart, if even a teensy-bit damp, so stuff like french toast, or adding pickles to my tunafish sandwich mix, would become a total Non-Option if I used other GF bread brands!! Honestly?? My only gripe would be the price per loaf, particularly since it is (slightly) smaller / more compact slices than glutinous bread, with a shorter loaf. You just get less food at a higher price point! [[ Of course, I do recognize how that's par for the course for most Gluten-Free options (I have Celiac, so those are my *only* options, y'know??), but I think I'd be eating way, WAY more sandwiches, if it was just a li'l cheaper, haha!! Like, maybe about $4 bucks is what I'd *personally* price it at! ¯\_(ツ )_/¯ ]] My final note: Might be worth mentioning? My brother strongly prefers their multi-grain variant of this!! He *most* likes the TASTE better, although the multi-grain also scores extra points for texture with him, too. He does *like* this'un here, well-enough, *but*!! Meanwhile, I'm the opposite, where the multi-grain is just Okay™ for me; still better than other GF bread brands, but i have a hands-down Preference for this product here!! So, it may be worth trying both for you n' yours?? Although fair warning, i also prefer this white bread over Schar's multi-grain, 'cause the multi-grain seems to speed up my digestion a li'l *too much*, if yanno what I mean!! (Oof!) But the local bowels handle the white bread great, so it is an Easy Choice for me! :)
