Give me the best - Schar's

I have tried different breads and buns since I started on the difficult road of being gluten-free. The Schar Gluten Free Artisan Bread has become my choice. I prefer its texture to some of the others. It doesn't have the gritty or floury feel or taste some others I tried have. It also tastes more like the regular bread I'm used to. Even my husband liked it. When the store ran out of Schar Gluten Free Artisan Bread one day, I tried a brand that looked similar but was very disappointment.

last a long time

This bread last a long time before it starts getting dried out or molds. It is one of the best sourdough breads around. We use it for toast and we even like it for sandwitches where I usually don't like it for that, as sour dough usually takes away from the taste of the meat and cheese, but this brand is different.

Wife loves this bread because it's Gluten Free and takes care of the cravings for bread. Good Quality, Healthy Ingredients, Good Price for a gluten free product and it keeps well after opening. She uses for sandwiches, toast and in recipes needing breadcrumbs or bread. Meatloaf, dressing, meatballs, grilled cheese are a few. There are surprisingly more slices in package than looks like. The packaging of this bread helps give it a longer shelf life and good quality. Buy this bread for her all the time!
