Walmart handle everything well as far as shipping and ordering. The light itself was disappointing. When I opened the box parts of the light frame had a light rust on it and I had to take a metal polish to the whole light. The metal frame work had lots of scratches on it and the craftsmanship was not as good as it should be for a 450 dollar light through no fault of the seller but the light manufacturer needs some quality control

Bad quality control!

Shipping was fine but the light came rusted. I used metal polish to get it all cleaned up. To hang for Thanksgiving dinner in new home. The top frame and bottom frame were not welded flat. Both warped up in one corner and both had scratches. Both are visible after hanging. The screws that hold the light sockets to the frame are ridiculously small and easy to strip. If not for Thanksgiving dinner I would have returned. I will replace with another light at a later time. $430 wasted!
