The pieces were all well packed and in good shape. there were a lot of pieces to put together but all the holes and screws lined up. I recommend you look at the pictures carefully when assembling. The desk is beautiful and the perfect size for my space. It is very solid for such a reasonably priced item. I'm very happy with it and it goes perfectly with my coastal style.

We purchased this desk for my granddaughter. My husband put it together and I was fully expecting some difficulty putting it together. I am so happy to say that it went together beautifully and the directions were spot on. The quality of the desk it amazing my husband said he was very impressed and my granddaughter loves the look it fits right in with her Bohemian seemed bedroom. It pays to buy American made products. If you are thinking about getting this desk look no further you will also be impressed.

Sturdy, arrived with no dings or scratches, however, the instructions were confusing. After about an hour we figured out the error. Page 4 of the manual needs to reviewed as 35MA and MC were attached, not as two pieces as on p. 4. Still a great product.
