The Superstone Deep Dish Pizza & Pie Baker is your ticket to crisp deep dish pizza and golden pie crusts! Made from all-natural stone material fired at over 2200ºF, this baker draws moisture out of dough during baking, resulting in a perfectly browned crust on breads, pizzas, and pies. With a depth of 1.5", you can pile on your favorite toppings for a fully loaded deep dish pizza or make a delicious quiche for a weekend brunch. Initially seasoning your Superstone Deep Dish Pizza & Pie Baker is a simple process and is fully explained in the included Recipe & Care booklet. Hand wash with water only.

Sassafras Superstone® Deep Dish Pizza Stone & Pie Baker (Blue Glazed) Features:

• The unglazed interior pulls moisture away from your pizza dough, which creates the ideal crispy crust

• Use it for baking other things, too. (Try it when you want a flaky quiche or frittata!)
• Crafted from stoneware fired at 2100°F, enabling it to withstand high oven temperatures (just avoid open flames)
