This was recommended to me from my doctor. IT WORKS WONDERS!! Dry skin, rashes, bug bites - works within minutes. I had surgery and my stitches itched like crazy so the doc suggested this over a prescription. It does smell for a few seconds but you get over it once the itch is gone! It is thicker than normal lotions so it doesn't run and absorbs great. I'll be putting this is my summer travel bag as well as my medicine cabinet.
